i came from a very messy situation out of state and they immediately welcomed me, then told me how to set up medicaid quickly. made an appointment and they saw me day THREE of being in washington. i got an immediate care plan, emergency medication refills, and many referrals to things i have needed for a while. Dr. Yeshi actively listened attentively to every single concern i rambled off nervously, being very kind and welcoming with proper communication even over the athena app. they have such a thorough process that ensures even after your appointment is over they will actually attend to everything you had mentioned, just over a very brief amount of time. i had also commented lightheartedly about accessibility, to which they did tell me there are plans in the works far later on to make that more doable because of community feedback..... meaning they LISTEN to what patients have to say. wow πŸ₯° i have plans to make more appointments to get further care that is above and beyond, especially after hearing great things about Dr. G as well. thank you !!!

Link Community Clinic is exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with genuine care, respect, and professionalism. They take the time to listen, explain every step clearly, and make sure you feel supported throughout your visit. The clinic is clean, well‑organized, and run by people who truly care about their patients and the community they serve. I’m grateful for the high‑quality care I received and the compassion shown by every team member. I highly recommend Link Community Clinic to anyone looking for a place that combines medical expertise with kindness and integrity.

I love this clinic more than any other I've visited. While not the most accessible, they do try. On the flip side the staff is amazing, super inclusive. The medical practitioners here really listen to you. Highly recommend.

All I'm going to say is... if you say someone is struggling to have "relationship building skills" when they have disclosed a traumatic event, like domestic violence, attempted kidnapping, and they just generally have a history of trauma, don't expect them to want to build a relationship with you if you're framing it as something being wrong with them or like it's their fault. This is what trauma and PTSD does. It isn't a personality defect or skill deficit. The way things were worded to me today by one of the providers sounded so victim-blaming, like these things were my fault when I had never asked to go through these things. Stop looking at the emotional reaction and actually listen to what the person is going through... especially when it comes to both physical and mental health.. I had to ask to see someone else instead because I just don't think a male provider is going to understand these things. Especially as someone that's been abused by men throughout their life, even by men in the medical field previously which I had even disclosed to this person that I went through attempted SA in a medical setting before by 3 men. The doctor didn't even fill in my 15mg of prednisone ei

I love this clinic! All the staff are super kind and communicative. Scheduling is super easy and the care i have received is above and beyond. I thought my old Dr was good but Dr. Brignall has raised the bar! I wasted so much time looking for a PCP and it felt like no one was actually listening to me until i came here! I finally got answers to my health issues and am now working towards a better healthier life with the help of the Link Clinic. Best of all, they take Medicaid!
